【漢語翻譯】 第十七品，思輪迴痛苦及涅槃安樂品。 第十七品，思輪迴痛苦及涅槃安樂品。 之後，應當思維輪迴的痛苦，因為沒有實義且不能恒常。 從三界六道有生命的痛苦中，努力尋求迅速解脫的方法。 地獄之處有無法估量的痛苦，在復活地獄中，互相用兵器刺殺，一次又一次經歷生死的痛苦，無法忍受。 黑線地獄用鐵鋸切割，聚集地獄被山和石臼、地域碾磨。 嚎叫地獄在燃燒的鐵室中焚燒，大嚎叫地獄在兩層鐵室中焚燒。 在熾熱的火炭燃燒的地面上，剝皮後用木樁支撐，極度熾熱從內外燃燒。 用沸騰的銅汁將整個身體燒成灰燼，無間地獄被燃燒的鐵室所困，無法忍受。 捶打、擠壓、切割，磨成粉末，煮、刺穿，用燃燒的鐵板纏繞。 外圍四方有十六個近鄰地獄，分別是腐爛的泥潭、無法渡過的河流、 佈滿剃刀的平原和劍葉林，以及帶刺的 শাল麻里樹環繞四周。 地獄眾生遭受各種各樣的痛苦，復活等六種地獄的壽命，與欲界天人的壽命和晝夜相同。 能夠忍受相當於自身年齡的時間，極熱地獄能忍受半個中劫，無間地獄據說能住一個中劫。 由於冰雪和暴風雪的侵襲，極度寒冷僵硬的八種有情眾生是： 水皰地獄、水皰破裂地獄、阿啾啾地獄、呼呼哈哈地獄、 如蓮花般裂開的地獄、青蓮花地獄、大蓮花地獄，因寒冷而精疲力竭，痛苦無邊無際。 壽命的長度是，用能裝一百卡（計量單位）芝麻的容器裝滿芝麻，每過一百年取出一粒芝麻，直到取完為止，水皰地獄的壽命還剩下二十倍的時間。 餓鬼遭受飢渴折磨的痛苦，外障餓鬼即使看到美好的事物也會乾涸。 內障餓鬼的心肝肺燃燒，共同的業障餓鬼則渴望食物和飲料，十二年中也聽不到水的聲音，只能看到他人互相殘害和保護。 餓鬼的壽命是人間的百年為一日，要經歷五百年的痛苦。 旁生們也

From the suffering of the three realms and six classes of beings, strive for a method to quickly transcend. In the hell realms, there is immeasurable suffering. In the Reviving Hell, they strike each other with weapons, experiencing the suffering of repeated birth and death, which is unbearable. In the Black Line Hell, they are sawn with iron saws. In the Crushing Hell, they are ground by mountains, mortars, and regions. In the Howling Hell, they are burned in a blazing iron house. In the Great Howling Hell, they are burned in a two-tiered iron house. On the ground burning with hot embers, the skin is peeled off and stretched with stakes, and they are burned intensely inside and out by fire. With molten copper, the entire body is burned to ashes. The Avici Hell is trapped by a burning iron house, which is unbearable. They are beaten, squeezed, cut, ground into powder, boiled, pierced, and wrapped with burning iron plates. Due to the invasion of ice and snowstorms, the eight kinds of sentient beings who are extremely cold and stiff are: The Blister Hell, the Bursting Blister Hell, the Achuchu Hell, the Huhu Haha Hell, the Hell that cracks like a lotus, the Blue Lotus Hell, and the Great Lotus Hell. Exhausted by the cold, their suffering is boundless. The length of life is such that if a container that can hold a hundred kalas (units of measurement) of sesame seeds is filled with sesame seeds, and one sesame seed is taken out every hundred years until they are all gone, the lifespan of the Blister Hell is still twenty times longer. Hungry ghosts suffer from the torment of hunger and thirst. Outwardly obscured ghosts wither even when they see beautiful things. Inwardly obscured ghosts have their hearts and lungs burning. Ghosts with common karmic obscurations crave food and drink. For twelve years, they cannot even hear the sound of water, and can only see others harming and protecting each other. 【漢語翻譯】 我等互相啖食， 傷害和役使，殺戮斷滅痛苦多。 壽命不定，劫波等等是這樣。 人們也沒有安樂的時候， 生老病死，怨敵和傷害多。 親友分離，欲求不得，不欲遭遇。 欲求不成，寒熱勞累等等， 恩將仇報，不知報恩。 眷屬邪行，無意義的嫉妒 和，不讚美，無意義的誹謗不可估量。 阿修羅們也有嗔怒和爭鬥， 不欲降臨和死亡等等。 具有各種痛苦，沒有安樂。 天人們也有死亡、墮落等等， 痛苦如水海，無邊無量。 因此輪迴如火坑， 沒有安樂的時候，猶如汲水吊桶。 從一到一傳遞，無始無終， 賢善者們爲了解脫而生歡喜。 從無有實義的這樣的輪迴中， 解脫之殊勝即是涅槃， 寂靜安樂清涼的甘露無上。 恒常穩固，沒有變遷，遠離戲論， 功德自性，身圓滿，無有老死， 無有遮障，沒有垢染，乃是利樂之所。 于眾生的救護和助伴， 賢善者們爲了趨入而精進。 大乘竅訣論著《如意寶藏》中，思維輪迴痛苦及涅槃安樂之品第十七。

People also have no time for happiness, Birth, old age, sickness, death, enemies, and much harm. Separation from friends, poverty from desire, and experiencing the undesirable. Desires are not fulfilled, heat, cold, fatigue, and In return for kindness, harm and ingratitude. Retinue's wrongdoings, meaningless jealousy And, no praise, meaningless slander is immeasurable. Asuras also have anger and fighting, Undesirable falling and death, and so on. Having various sufferings, there is no happiness. The gods also have death, transference, falling, and so on, Suffering is like a sea of water, boundless and immeasurable. Therefore, samsara is like a pit of fire, There is no time for happiness, like a water-drawing bucket. Passing from one to another, without beginning or end, Wise ones rejoice for the sake of liberation. From such a meaningless samsara, The supreme liberation is nirvana, Peaceful, cool nectar is unsurpassed. Constant, stable, unchanging, and free from elaboration, The nature of qualities, the body is complete, there is no old age or death, Without obscurations, without impurities, it is the place of benefit and happiness. To be the protector and companion of beings, Wise ones strive to enter it.
